NEW BUSINESS HOURS

No early morning or evening visits will be available 

 

RETAIL

  • We will not accept cash at this time.

  • All purchases will be made over the phone with your credit/debit card. 

  • You will call when you’re outside, pay for your order over the phone, and we will place your order on a table in front of our shop. You’ll be required to stand 6 feet from the door. Please do not approach the door! 

GROOMING

 
  • No cash tips will be accepted at  this time.

  • All services, including walk-in services (nail trims, anal gland expressions, etc.), will require an appointment. 

  • Pick ups and drop offs will be curbside only. You’ll call us when you arrive and we will complete the hand-off outside. If you are walking your dog, please wait down the block before we tell you that you can approach the door. If you are driving, please stay in your car before we tell you to approach the door. 

  • Please expect a call from your groomer as soon as she sees your dog so that you can give her your grooming instructions.

  • You’re encouraged to provide a photo of the haircut you want. Staffing will be limited, so you may not be scheduled with the groomer you typically request.

  • Because demand is extremely high, you must arrive at your designated appointment time. If you are late, your appointment will be relinquished.

  • Please keep your dog’s gear (harness, sweaters, etc) to a minimum. Their gear will be sanitized with disinfectant after they arrive and before they go home.

  • At this time, we will only be offering utility haircuts (no elaborate or specialty cuts, including hair dye). 

  • Your groomer will call you 15 minutes before your dog’s groom is finished for payment. We appreciate a prompt pick up of your dog. 

  • Priority will be given to haircut appointments. We appreciate your business and support, but demand is very high for grooming. We'll fit bath appointments in as soon as we can!

DAYCARE/BOARDING

 
  • Daycare services will be by appointment only as we will have limited staff members. Your appointment includes a drop-off time. You will be required to come at your designated time. This is so that there aren’t multiple people waiting at the door at once. Please DO NOT approach the door unless asked to do so.

  • Please provide all lunches in a disposable container at this time.

  • If you are walking your dog, please wait down the block before we tell you that you can approach the door. If you are driving, please stay in your car before we tell you to approach the door. 

  • Pick ups and drop offs will be curbside only. You’ll call us when you arrive and we will complete the hand-off outside.   • The only gear we will accept will be a harness, collar, and leash. We will not accept any sweaters, jackets, boots, etc. Their gear will be sanitized with disinfectant after they arrive and before they go home. 

DOG WALKING 

 

In efforts to help our clients who may be essential workers with pups at home alone, dog walking services will be available Monday-Friday from 10am - 5pm for the month of May. In order to keep all staff and clients healthy, please refer to the following stipulations regarding who we will be servicing: 

  • You’re currently an essential worker and have no one at home to help care for your animal.

  • You’re already an active dog walking client with Bark Bark Club.

  • You live in a complex with 10 units or less (no high-rises).

  • You understand and agree to our new protocols in keeping everyone safe and healthy.

With this, we’re introducing new protocols to implement for the foreseeable future to help keep our walkers as well as our clients as safe as possible. Please keep in mind that this list can change, and will be part of our policy moving forward. Here’s what we’ll be doing:

  • All of our walkers will be wearing face masks and will keep at least 6 feet of distance between any other person. 

  • Walkers will sanitize/wash their hands before and after each visit. 

  • All notes will be input via PSP. We will no longer provide paper notes. 

  • Walkers will have their own company-provided leash that they will use in order to limit contact with client belongings. If your dog wears a harness, a specialty collar, or a head halter, our walkers will still utilize those. 

  • Walkers will sanitize items they came into contact with using disinfectant wipes/spray.

  • Until restrictions are lifted, we will be unable to accommodate clients in high-rises.

  • All gear and essentials needed for the visit will be in one spot that is close or near to the entrance/exit of the unit to minimize contact.

  • If there’s any sort of additional sanitation protocol you’d like for us to follow, please let us know so that we may properly adhere to it if possible. In the event that we cannot accommodate your request, you will be notified before you visit is approved. 

 

VAN SERVICES & HOME DELIVERY

  • No pets will be picked up or dropped off at this time.

  • We will operate retail deliveries during designated times with no contact delivery.

  • All orders will be placed outside your residence. If you live in a high rise building, you must arrange to have your order left with a doorman.
