We will accept cash, but we encourage contactless payment such as Apple Pay, or a credit/debit card.
You can now request retail purchases online. Click here to submit a retail order. An online store is currently in the works!
Our shop will accommodate up to three clients at a time. Please always wear a mask and practice social distancing. You may be asked to wait outside until there is space for you to shop.
While you will be able to shop in the store, we encourage utilizing our curbside pick up or home delivery option.
All grooming services will still require an appointment, including nail trims and anal gland expressions.
Only three people will be allowed in the shop at a time. We encourage you to pay ahead of time over the phone or use your card on file to limit time in the shop and physical contact.
We will accept cash tips for your groomer, but we encourage you to tip on your card to limit physical contact.
Daycare will be offered Monday - Friday. We will be closed on Sundays until further notice.
Daycare will still require a reservation, as we need to know how much staff we’ll need on a day-to-day basis. Please email us with your reservation request!
Boarding will require a reservation at all times.
All boarding pick ups on Sundays will require an appointment between 10am - 5pm.
Dog walking will now be full service! Please request all walks through your PSP portal.
WE WILL BEGIN SERVICING HIGH RISES ON JUNE 1ST!
Since our temporary closure, we’ve had to deactivate all recurring schedules. However, starting in June, if you'd like to restart your recurring services, please just email us, and we can get it all set up again. We are still committed to the safety of our employees and clients- two and four-legged, so we'll be following many new safety protocols. If you have any new procedures of your own for us to follow, please feel free to update your own notes through the online portal or just send us an email with your new instructions/notes.
To keep our staff, clients, and pets safe, we’ll be following the below safety protocols:
All of our walkers will be wearing face masks and will keep at least 6 feet of distance between any other person.
Walkers will sanitize/wash their hands before and after each visit.
All notes will be input via PSP. We will no longer provide paper notes.
Walkers will have their own company-provided leash that they will use in order to limit contact with client belongings. If your dog wears a harness, a specialty collar, or a head halter, our walkers will still utilize those.
Walkers will sanitize items they came into contact with using disinfectant wipes/spray.
All gear and essentials needed for the visit will be in one spot that is close or near to the entrance/exit of the unit to minimize contact.
If there’s any sort of additional sanitation protocol you’d like for us to follow, please let us know so that we may properly adhere to it if possible. In the event that we cannot accommodate your request, you will be notified before you visit is approved.
VAN SERVICES & HOME DELIVERY
Van services and home delivery will be fully operational beginning June 1st.
Van services will only be available Monday - Friday.
We will begin servicing high rises again on June 1st.
All home deliveries will be no-contact only.
