VIEW OUR SPECIAL HOLIDAY HOURS

If you’re going out of town, make our crate-free boarding facility your pet’s home away from home. Your dog will play all day and spend the night on a comfy bed with the pack under the supervision of one of our loving pack leaders – Just like a doggy slumber party! If your dog is used to sleeping in a crate, let us know and we will make accommodations.

As always, we offer pick up and drop off services for most of Chicago and Evanston. Space is limited so book your stay early!

If your dog has boarded with us in the last six months, you can complete a boarding reservation request online.

If your dog has never boarded with us, or hasn't stayed with us in over six months, head over to our new client section to check out the requirements.

Please note: your dog MUST complete at least two days of daycare (not counting the temperament test) before being approved for boarding

Cancellation Policy

Please note that our cancellation policy requires you to give us 24-hour notice if you no longer require boarding for your dog.

We will require a credit card on file when you make your boarding reservation. If you do not give 24-hour notice when cancelling, or you no-show for your dog's reservation, your card will be charged the rate for one (1) boarding night.

By communicating with us when you no longer need your reservation, you are helping us plan accordingly with our daycare and overnight boarding staff. Thank you so much for your understanding!

Preparing Your Dog's Food For Boarding
All food must be pre-packaged by meal (e.g. dinner, lunch, breakfast) in bags or containers, labelled with their name. We do not have space for large food bags or containers. We will count your dog's bags/containers before you leave, just to make sure they have enough for the entire stay!
If your food needs to be refrigerated, we will be able to accommodate that.
If your dog takes any medication, they must be kept in a separate container. Please do not add the medication to your dog's food bags or put them in any other food (e.g. pill pockets, peanut butter, etc.). Please provide detailed administration instructions during check-in.
