Doggy Daycare & Boarding Requirements

Must pass a temperment test to ensure he/she is not aggressive towards
people or other dogs. Please call today to schedule an appointment for a temperament. Temperment tests are available at these times only:
Monday thru Friday 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Saturday 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. |

Spayed or Neutered (puppys must be spayed or neutered by 6 months) |

Proof of Vaccinations for:
-Rabies
-Distemper (DHLPP)
-Parvo (if no DHLPP)
-Bordatella |

Overnight Boarding requires a $45 non-refundable deposit to confirm your reservation |

Walking & Pet Care Requirements

All services are subject to availability of walkers/caretakers |

Regular visiting hours 10:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. (Monday—Friday)** |

Services need to be scheduled on or before Friday for the following week |

Fees are due on Monday or at the beginning of the series of visits |

Payment options include; cash, check made out to Bark Bark Club or charge (Visa, MC, Discover Card) |

Cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to scheduled service will be assessed the amount of the regular fee |

|
Pets must be healthy and have current vaccinations, proof of current rabies should be available upon request |

|
ID tags must be secured to the dogs collar |

|
References are available upon request |
*$5.00 extra charge for visits before 10:00 A.M., after 5:00 P.M., holidays, Saturday/Sunday visits, emergency walks (less that 24 hour notice)
